Tell us which panel is wrong
Every figure has a date on it. If a cashier has changed its list since we read it, the fastest fix is a message naming the cashier and the panel.

What we do not do
We do not represent any cashier, open accounts, forward payment complaints, or hold access to anyone's account. For those, the cashier's own support is the only route.
Which letters change a row
This site accepts corrections, and in practice a correction is the only kind of letter that changes anything on the card. One has three parts: the page address, the panel that is wrong, and a link to the cashier's own page where the right figure is printed. With all three it can be fixed the same day, and the read date on the row is replaced.
Without the third part it cannot be fixed, even when the writer is right. All 10 rows are built from published figures, and personal authority does not replace a line an outsider can look up. That is the same rule that leaves 5 licence panels blank rather than filled.
Three kinds of letter never change anything, and saying so here is more honest than answering each one: a request to add a cashier for payment — the card has exactly one paid placement and it is marked as paid where it stands; a request to remove a figure that is correct but inconvenient; and a question about a particular account, which belongs to that cashier's own support because they have the account in front of them and this site does not.
There is a fourth kind that is welcome and rarely arrives: a figure that fills a box standing empty. All six panels of Jack.com are blank, and scattered panels elsewhere are unread. Anyone who finds a published page carrying one of those figures improves the card far more than an opinion about the order of rows does.
Letters are read, used to check a row, and kept no longer than that. The site has no login, no accounts, no comments and no mailing list — nothing to subscribe to and nothing to unsubscribe from.
No address here leads to a cashier. This site does not forward complaints, does not open accounts and does not intervene in a withdrawal. If the problem concerns a particular account, the only place that can resolve it is that cashier's own support, because they have the account in front of them and this site does not.
The site also takes no guest posts, no link exchanges and no placed content. The reason is practical rather than moral: every line on this card has to trace back to a published page, and a line that was paid for traces back to nothing.
Letters in English or in Hindi are equally fine, and short beats long: the three parts of a correction fit in three lines. The one part that cannot be shortened is the link. A correction without one is an opinion, and opinions do not move rows on a card built from published figures.
One more thing worth saying plainly: if a cashier edits its banking page tomorrow, this site will not know tomorrow. It knows at the next read, and the date on the row says when that was.
